If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our machines or service, we urge you to give us the chance to rectify the situation. If we are unable to resolve any concerns, you have the option to terminate our service at any time. Refunds
REFUNDS
Should you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products, or if our machine failed to deliver your product, kindly fill out the adjacent form. For purchases made using a credit or debit card, or through I-Pay or Google-Pay, we are able to process a refund directly to your account. The credit should appear within 24 hours.
If you used cash to purchase the option, indicate this on the Refund Form, and we will return it to your site approved person. Typically, this takes 48-72 hours, however we do honor all requests.
